Eylul App — Terms and Conditions

1. About

Eylul is a desktop backup and restore application developed and owned by Spailor LLC. By using Eylul, you agree to the following terms.

2. License

Users are granted a non-exclusive license to install and use Eylul on their computers.
The software may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement.

3. Data Ownership

All data and backups created with Eylul remain fully owned and controlled by the user.
Eylul does not have access to any local data.
When connected to Google Drive, data is governed by Google’s privacy and security terms.

4. Liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Spailor LLC is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or misuse.
Users are responsible for maintaining secure backups of their files.

5. Google Drive Scope

Eylul uses only the drive.file permission, which allows access to files created by the app. The app does not request or access any other Google Drive data.

6. Updates

Spailor LLC may release updates to improve functionality or security. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of any revised terms.

7. Termination

Users may uninstall or stop using the app at any time.
Spailor LLC may modify or discontinue the app at its discretion.

8. Legal

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Spailor LLC’s jurisdiction. Users agree to comply with all applicable data protection and usage laws.
